What to do about increased or nervous energy

If you feel like you have some energy to burn, or if you’re having a hard time sitting still, you might be experiencing increased energy.

What causes it?

If you’ve been under stress lately, you might have some nervous energy; you could also be feeling energized due to getting a restful night of sleep, or other healthy factors.

Tips?

Enjoy it while it lasts! Don’t over-exert yourself even if you find yourself jumping out of your skin, and make sure you’re getting enough rest to balance out these spurts of energy.
