Reducing or eliminating substances is not always easy! It can certainly be a challenge, but with the right support, you can be on your way towards achieving your goals.
The first step is connecting with a resource that is right for you. You can also speak with your primary care provider to discuss any concerns you may have. Your insurance company would be able to provide you with guidance for in-patient and out-patient treatment when that is needed.
There is hope. Reach out and allow yourself to receive support because you deserve to be healthy and happy!
