Activision Blizzard offers eligible employees up to 10 workweeks of fully paid parental leave. You may be able to make use of this benefit in addition to FMLA, Short-Term Disability, or state-specific leaves such as those offered by California, Massachusetts, and others.
For most leave types, employees should notify Aflac and the Company’s Leaves Team of their request for Leave. Employees may initiate a request through Aflac by calling 1-800-206-6720 or registering the leave online at Home (aflac.com).
