Your pelvic floor is a hard-working muscle group that supports vital organs and activities such as standing and walking. Like any muscle group, it can become too weak or tense to do its job well. This can lead to pelvic, hip, or lower back pain and discomfort.
Pelvic floor disorders are common in women, and they shouldn’t be left untreated. That’s why Hinge Health – available to RTX employees and their eligible dependents at no cost – offers safe, effective care from home through their Women’s Pelvic Health Program. The program offers care from certified coaches and physical therapists who specialize in pelvic health and can address these areas:
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Get relief from urinary and bowel discomfort and the low back, hip, and pelvic pain that can result from pregnancy and childbirth.
Bladder & bowel
Strengthen pelvic muscles for increased control over leakage and other unwelcome symptoms.
Pelvic organ prolapse
Reduce pelvic pain and pressure caused by organs that have slipped out of place (prolapsed).
Pelvic pain
